No one gives a sh!t.
I bought a PS3 and an xbox 360 and neither of them have disappointed me.
BTW: this is a rewrite of the AOL list, whoever submitted this story must be dysfunctional.
Okay now 2 million PS3's have been sold in the past 3 months, that's more than the xbox 360 sold in the same time period last year. That discredits your last sentence entirely.
BTW: GamePro then added those 2 games they forgot about, Bioshock and Mass Effect. Yet they still said the PS3 is the system with the best games coming out this year.
Cnet and GameSpot are both owned by Microsoft (I don't trust anything they say regarding the PS3).
And you s...
The PS3 has plenty of exclusives coming out for it, otherwise me and 2 million other people wouldn't have bought it.
Also GamePro which is read by 3 million gamers every month said the PS3 is the console with the best games coming out in 2007.
I don't know why you show so much hatred to Sony and the PS3 in particular but sometimes it gets very annoying as you can see by the amount of people who have you in their ignore lists.
The xbox 360 also has ...
Stupid fanboy.
Obviously what you say is true, but I was talking about the casual gamers, which make up the bulk of the market.
19 million xbox 1 owners have not yet upgraded to an xbox 360, they are probably waiting for a price drop, or have decided to abandon microsoft due to no support on the original xbox only 4 years after it was released.
Sony pays attention to both hardcore and casual gamers. They are bringing great games to the PS3 yet also manage to keep supporting the...
You misunderstood my message.
I said that 80% of the xbox 1 userbase has not upgraded to an xbox 360, only 20% has.
And according to Microsoft only half of the people owning an xbox 360 are new comers who never owned the original xbox.
Why does this matter? It matters because: 80% of the xbox userbase is still stuck with an xbox 1 that is receiving 0 support from Microsoft or any other publisher as far as I can see.
I wasn't trying to put a bad spin to it. I just stated the facts.
Yeah the xbox 360 is doing well, I won't deny that, but it wouldn't hurt if Microsoft supported the xbox 1 a little longer. They dropped out the support for the original xbox so fast it makes some people nervous on picking up an xbox 360.
''but most people that owned one have upgraded to the 360 now anyway''
Last time I checked the xbox 360 had sold 10 million units, while the xbox 1 sold 24 million.
And Microsoft said that out of those 10 million only half owned an xbox 1.
Conclusion: Only 20% of the original xbox 1 userbase has upgraded to an xbox 360.
There is no way the Wii can continue selling this much every day.
It is definitely a fad.
You can quote me on that in a couple of years once the sales slow down and it becomes just like the gamecube. ;)
Can now stop saying the PS3 only has 1 great game.
Here's another:

And a lot more are coming out this year.
There are currently no plans for this game to be released on the xbox 360.
First they said PS3 wouldn't play used games. Then they said a new SKU for PS3 won't include Blu-ray. Now this...
Crazy rumors.
The PS1 lasted 10 years.
The PS2 is well on its way to lasting 10 years.
I can almost guarantee you that the PS3 will last 10 years as well regardless of what the fanboys say.
And since the PS3 has a 60GB drive, you'll be able to store more movies in it.

Sorry double post.
But I own both the PS3 and xbox 360 and I like the PS3's design a whole lot more. :)
people say that their friends are leaving the PS3 for the xbox 360, yet the xbox 360 sales are not showing that...I wonder why?
The PS3 has sold nearly 2 million units in Japan and the USA combined.
When Sony announced that the PS3 will have a Blu-ray Player built into every unit the next-gen format war ended and Blu-ray won.
Its that simple. HD-DVD will never catch up.
Before I thought HD-DVD had a chance but as time went on it became painfully obvious that Blu-ray was the winner.
I also own an xbox 360, yet I still think Blu-ray is going to win this by a long shot.
